East Sussex Youth Development Service

Latest - changes to the Youth Development Service

The Youth Development Service (YDS) is changing. From September 2011 it will become part of the Targeted Youth Support service (TYS). This is due to government changes.

The TYS will put on activities for you in areas of East Sussex where young people need them most. We will also offer support and guidance for you if you're aged between 11 and 19 on topics like:

  • the law
  • sexual health
  • mental health
  • drug and alcohol awareness
  • family and relationships
  • training and education.

Search for activities

To find your nearest youth club, go to the ‘What’s on your doorstep’ search and type in ‘youth club’ plus the name of your town.
