- East Sussex Youth Orchestra - grade 7 or higher, age 14 or older
- East Sussex Brass Band - grade 5 or higher, age 14 or older
- East Sussex String Chamber Orchestra - grade 7 or higher, age 14 or older
- East Sussex Woodwind Sinfonia - grade 6, age 14 or older.

Remember to sign the form. If you are under 18, the form should also be signed by:
- your parent or guardian
- your headteacher
- the head of music at your school
- your instrumental teacher.

When we receive your form we will contact you with a date for your audition. This will normally take place in autumn and spring. Places in the orchestras and bands are limited and you may have to wait until a place becomes available.
