You can use a false name if you don't want to give us your real name. You also don't have to tell us what part of East Sussex you are from.
2. Tell us your email address
If we do use your story, we want to email you to let you know. We promise not to pass on your details to anyone else, unless we think you are at risk
of harm.

3. Send us a photo
If you are happy for us to publish a photo of you next to your story, please attach a recent photo. If you are under 16 we will need a parent or guardian
to give permission, so please include their contact details details too.
