The East Sussex Connexions 360 Service is here to give you the information, guidance and support that you need. Connexions personal advisers (PAs) are trained advisers that can meet you face-to-face and give you advice on whatever you are going through – including drugs, housing, jobs, money and lots more.
If you are aged between 13 and 19 and you are at school or college, you should have a Connexions PA you can see. Ask your form tutor or head of year where you can find them.
You can speak to a Connexions PA face-to-face at one of the local Connexions centres. You can also just drop in at Eastbourne and Hastings centres to find out what information they have and use their computers.

At Connexions Direct, the national Connexions service, advisers are on-hand seven days a week from 8am to 2am. You can talk to them in confidence about anything that’s on your mind over the telephone, by text, email or webchat.
